Q. What is the turnaround time for an order?

A. Expect 5-10 days for most personalized items.

Q. Is there a cost to see a paper proof for my personalization?

A. The first 2 paper proofs are complimentary. If changes are made requiring a third paper proof that were not communicated at the beginning of the project, there will be a $25 charge for each additional proof.

Q. What is the cost for delivery of my order?

A. Upon request, we can provide an estimate for freight based on size and weight of the package(s). Otherwise, freight will be included on your final invoice.

Q. Do you require a deposit once the order is placed?

A. Yes, we will provide a quote for the order and require a 50% deposit to process the order.

Q. Do you offer wrapping for the gift?

A. Crystal awards are typically placed in a presentation box. Wrapping options will be discussed with the order is placed.

Q. What form of payment do you accept?

A. MGI Corporate Gifts accepts business checks, VISA/MC or AMEX.
